What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a manual approach to the human body that combines a variety of manipulations and bodily techniques to contribute to self-regulation of the body. Having its origin in the late 19 thcentury in the United States, this approach was perfected and expanded in Europe and affects the entire human body and seeks to facilitate overall health. Osteopathy certainly aims at bone alignment and has a set of techniques intended for this purpose but also offers vascular, visceral, muscular, fascial and cranial approaches in order to aim for a balance of structures and their functions. Janeck Olczyk offers an approach that brings, among other things, a great relaxation of the central nervous system and its different branches across the body in order to find a relaxation of the background and thus facilitate the osteopathic session and the self-regulation of the body and structures targeted. Rest assured of the excellence of its Osteopath service and the efficiency of the sessions.
