Passionate about health, anatomy and manual approaches, Janeck Olczyk D.O. trained as an Osteopath at the Académie Sutherland d’Ostéopathie du Québec and has been excelling in his holistic practice for over five years as an Osteopath in Montreal with osteo-articular, cranial, visceral, fascial and complementary somato-emotional approaches. In addition to his skills and training in Massotherapy for over 15 years, mainly in Deep Tissue oil therapy which he developed at the prestigious Spa Balnéa, he holds a diploma in Yoga Therapy with the renowned teacher Hart Lazer. Janeck has a keen interest in the body and mind, practicing meditation and various approaches to nutrition, body detox, biohacking and healthy living for holistic and optimal health.
